1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LolaSlay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADENET WSPARCIE IT ADAM DZIKI, a company registered in Poland (Tax ID: 8522364461), operating under the brand name LolaSlay ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

LolaSlay is a web application that allows authenticated users to search for and view information about Instagram creators through Meta's Creator Marketplace API. The App provides:

• Facebook Login authentication for secure access
• Creator search with filtering by demographics, interests, and engagement metrics
• Detailed creator profiles including audience insights and content history

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Facebook account
• Have a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram Business Account
• Meet Meta's eligibility requirements for the Creator Marketplace API
• Have completed any required business verification with Meta

4. Account and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Authentication is handled entirely through Facebook Login — we do not collect or store your Facebook password.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use creator data for discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Use creator data for making eligibility determinations (housing, employment, insurance, credit, etc.)
• Use creator data for surveillance purposes
• Sell, license, or redistribute any data obtained through the App
• Attempt to re-identify, de-anonymize, or reverse-engineer any anonymized data
• Scrape, automate, or bulk-download data from the App
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or contact creators in an unsolicited or inappropriate manner
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures of the App
• Use the App in violation of Meta's Platform Terms or Developer Policies

6. Meta Platform Compliance

This App operates on Meta's Platform and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All data retrieved through the App is Platform Data as defined by Meta and is subject to Meta's data use restrictions
• Meta may audit, suspend, or terminate access to the App or its underlying API access at any time
• We may need to modify or discontinue features to maintain compliance with Meta's policies
• Creator data is provided by Meta and we make no guarantees about its accuracy or completeness

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LolaSlay and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Creator data displayed in the App is owned by the respective creators and/or Meta and is provided through Meta's APIs under their licensing terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors
• Creator data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any specific creator will be available or visible through the API

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LolaSlay, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Data Processing

Your use of the App involves the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the App at any time by logging out and revoking our App's access from your Facebook settings.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• All locally stored data will be cleared upon logout
• We will delete any data associated with your usage as described in our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Szczecin, Poland.
